I’m a product-driven technologist with a background in data, and digital strategy. Over the past few years, I’ve managed projects that improved student platforms, built digital experiences for creatives, and launched side ventures blending technology with design. I’m curious by nature, love solving complex problems, and thrive at the intersection of people, products, and data. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying Liverpool FC games and keeping up with the latest in football.

IBM AI Chatbot – CPL Advisor
Capstone Project | AI-Powered Academic Advising
I led the design and development of an AI-powered chatbot that provides 24/7 Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) guidance for Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. The solution uses a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to ensure responses are accurate, policy-aligned, and explainable.
As a Product and Technology Lead, I:
Defined user journeys and success metrics
Designed AI architecture and conversational logic
Implemented backend integrations and governance rules
Skills Demonstrated
AI product design, RAG architecture, stakeholder collaboration, requirements definition, technical documentation
Tech Stack
IBM Watsonx (Granite LLM), Milvus Vector Database, JSON-based actions
Impact & Reflection
This project taught me how to build responsible AI systems in policy-driven environments, balancing automation with accuracy, auditability, and trust.
2. Dynamic Campus Website Overhaul
Enterprise Website Modernization
I supported a full website overhaul for Dynamic Campus, collaborating with project managers, marketing teams, and developers to modernize content structure, usability, and maintainability.
As a Product lead, I:
Partnered with PMs and marketing stakeholders
Assisted with front-end updates and CMS content changes
Supported QA and deployment activities
Skills Demonstrated
Cross-functional collaboration, web content strategy, agile delivery, usability-focused design
Tech Stack
HTML, CSS, DotCMS, JavaScript
Impact & Reflection
This experience strengthened my understanding of how digital products must align business goals, timelines, and technical constraints, shaping my product-first mindset.
3. Single Sign-On (SSO) – SAML Implementation
Enterprise Identity & Access Management
This project focused on implementing SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) to streamline authentication across enterprise systems while maintaining security and compliance standards.
My Role
Supported requirements gathering and documentation
Coordinated with IT teams and vendors
Tested authentication flows and assisted with rollout
Skills Demonstrated
Platform thinking, security fundamentals, system integration, stakeholder coordination
Tech Stack
SAML 2.0, enterprise identity providers (IdP)
Impact & Reflection
I gained hands-on exposure to authentication, access governance, and enterprise security, building a strong foundation for platform and infrastructure-focused product roles.
User Directory System
Web-Based User Management Tool
I designed and contributed to a scalable, web-based user directory platform built to manage large volumes of user records across distributed systems. The application supports advanced search, filtering, role-based updates, and persistent storage, and was designed with performance, maintainability, and deployment scalability in mind.
Skills Demonstrated
Front-end engineering for scalable, enterprise-grade applications
Component-based architecture using Vue.js
User experience design for data-heavy and high-volume interfaces
Feature prioritization aligned to enterprise and platform use cases
Iterative development with a focus on performance and maintainability
Tech Stack
Frontend: Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Backend & Data: SQL-based relational databases, RESTful APIs
Infrastructure: AWS (cloud hosting, deployment pipelines)
Impact & Reflection
This project strengthened my ability to design and contribute to maintainable, scalable web platforms beyond prototype-level applications. I gained a deeper appreciation for how front-end architecture, database design, and cloud deployment decisions directly influence usability, performance, and long-term extensibility—experience that translates well to platform-focused product and engineering roles operating at scale.
