I led the design and development of an AI-powered chatbot that provides 24/7 Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) guidance for Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. The solution uses a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to ensure responses are accurate, policy-aligned, and explainable.
